Sending an enquiry or using the "Get a quote" steps does not create a contract. Budget and timeline answers are used only to help us prepare a proposal. A project starts only when both sides have agreed the scope, price and schedule in writing.

- Delivery dates depend on receiving what we need from you on time.
5. Payments
Fees, payment stages and taxes are stated in the written agreement or invoice for each project.

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, ownership of the final delivered work passes to you once all agreed fees are paid. We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries and know-how. Third-party components, fonts and licences stay under their own terms.
