Information you send us. When you use the contact form or the quote steps, we receive your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your budget and start time (if you choose them) and your message.

To make the site work better for you, your browser stores a few items locally: your light or dark theme choice, an unsent draft of the contact form, a visit counter and the last section you viewed. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it with the "Clear saved preferences" button in the footer or by clearing your browser data.
Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
At the time of writing, this website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

4. Services we rely on
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to chat with us, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- Instagram: the link in our footer takes you to a third-party site with its own policy.
- Our hosting provider serves the website.
5. How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver any agreed work and meet our business and legal record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw consent for us to contact you.
